• We do NOT replace hospitals or medical professionals - We work alongside them

User Obligations

1. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times. Misrepresentation of medical history, identity, or eligibility may result in account suspension and legal action.

2. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding organ donation, transplantation, and medical privacy.

3. Respectful Conduct

You agree to treat other users, healthcare providers, and staff with respect and dignity. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other users' information and not to share or misuse personal or medical information obtained through the platform.

Fees and Payments

1. Registration

Registration is free for both donors and recipients. There are no charges for creating an account or registering as a donor.

2. Medical Coordination Fee

Recipients may be required to contribute a partial medical coordination fee to facilitate:

• Compatibility testing and laboratory evaluations
• Medical records review and verification
• Coordination with healthcare providers
• Documentation and administrative costs

This fee is NOT payment for an organ. It covers the cost of coordination and medical evaluations.

3. Donor Fees

Donors are never required to pay any fees for registration or participation in the matching process.

4. Fee Variations

The coordination fee varies depending on the organ type and required medical evaluations. You will be informed of all costs before any charges are incurred.
